Your continuous roundabout traffic on handy cross roundabout is a problem caused by the turn left traffic light on the crest junction. This needs to be on a give way basis (turning left) or show green when traffic turning right coming out of the crest junction. This should allow a free flow of better traffic and stop the build up on the handy cross roundabout. Please can this be looked into.
