Parking double yellow line. Very busy road with parking. If trying to exit road there isn’t enough room to pull in so have to be on the other side of the road which means cars also can’t turn into the road. Thus happens regularly, the double yellow lines should be longer.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
