Car and van parked on double yellow lines in narrow street. This car blocked the road preventing others driving past, this caused tail back of cars unable to pass unless they were willing to drive along the pavement, which I would not do. Women driver came out when others sounded their car horns, she moved her car closer to the bins, still on double yellow lines and went back inside the Post Office!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
