Elm Farm Road out side William Harding School HP21 7NT. Parents park on parking restrictions, parking so close they don't leave a gap to be able to get through. Ambulance was unable to reach my property so I had to be wheeled on a trolley down the street which was very stressful. This is an ongoing problem and causes chaos for residents.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
