URGENT! Roadworks which does not allow access to property MK18 1HP

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6785067.

Roadworks for this particular road begins at 8pm and carers come in for me at 9pm - the carers were refused entry and I rely on these carers to transfer me into bed at 9pm. Medication is time sensitive and I am assisted with these, without taking them my body will spasm and make it difficult to use my equipment
