Road works outside and near Hodges Mews starting before the promised 9am time

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6766703.

Customer was clearly advised that during term time the works would not start before 9am or carry on beyond 3pm but this is not being adhered to - customer would like to discuss
