So12 xyw The vehicle was abandoned outside my house approximately 9 months ago. Since then someone or something has hit it damaging the windscreen. I am concerned it is attracting unfavourable activity and fear for my safety. The car has no road tax or mot. The residents on the road already struggle to park.
