Gate to church shut at weekend

The gates to the church are locked at the weekend. Maining parking in the near by streets become rammed. The land belongs to the council not the church. Did you give permission for this to happen. It impeads my business when this happens. It has become far more frequent and just seems to be at the whim of one man.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
