Leaves covering road markings, specifically double yellow lines

Leaves are covering the road makings meaning people are parking possibly unknowingly on double yellow lines. Please clean these. This is a very congested road at school pick up and drop off times and people constantly parking right up to the corner causes further congestion there is absolutely nowhere to pull in as cars are parked bumper to bumper so the road becomes a one way street with cars mounting pavements.
