Roadworks without any pedestrian access and safety barriers

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6722844.

A resident fell over due to roadworks D40071031863-03. There was no space for pedestrians nor are there any barriers. They tried to cross the road as the road was blocked by big highway vehicles, and they fell due to pothole. They also mentioned that the diversion signs were not placed effectively as there was bus which came into the road and had to reverse out. Police were contacted and they have asked the resident to enquire what risk assessment has been done. Please look into this.
