Dog fouling increased due to full bin

The bin in this area has not been emptied for months. It has been ‘actioned’ twice and still remains full and overflowing. Consequently, some owners are no longer picking up dog fouling rather leaving it on the roads, paths and in the alley.

There are only a few ways in and out of this lane on foot, especially during bad weather. It is dangerous and disgusting to have to keep washing dog mess from the bottom of shoes because the bin wasn’t emptied and dog owners not picking up further fouling.
