I am writing to express my concern about the ongoing issue of vehicles parked on yellow lines and obstructing footpaths in our area. This is forcing wheelchair users, parents with young children, and individuals pushing buggies into the busy road, creating a serious health and safety risk.

I kindly request that enforcement officers be dispatched to this location daily until the issue is resolved. There have been numerous previous reports of such obstructive parking, and as the enforcing authority, you have the power to address this matter effectively.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. Your prompt action would greatly enhance the safety and accessibility of our community.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
