Van is parked on double yellows. This completely obstructs the view to on coming traffic. This is dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians. I have had 2 near misses. 1 in the car and one walking with my child.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
