70 Bookerhill Road is a building which has 4 flats. We all share the bins outside and our bins are located at the back of the property. Over the weekend we have noticed that someone who is not a resident at the building has left a white sack that is sealed by our bins. No one from our building has touched this bag or tried to remove it as it seems sealed and we do not know what is inside this bag. Please could someone from the council come and have a look at the bag or remove it from the premises.
