Parking on double yellow lines. The double yellow lines should also be extended further along road as the parking so close to the junction causes problems anyway. The vans are parking on the double yellow lines, making it more dangerous. There are 2 schools either side on A416.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
