Regular Vehicle Parking Obstructions to the entrance Billwell from The Square. Behind Nisa Express and Opposite the Butchers.

Exit from The Square to the entrance to Billwell. Negligent vehicle users not parking in the bays in The Square or over flow vehicle users parking negligently causing the only access road to Billwell regularly being blocked. Causes damage to the pavements, verges and car wheels for those left to mount pavements to try and go around poorly parked obstructing vehicles. Issue has only gotten worse over the last 2 years with increase use of The Square and obstructions becoming a daily occurance for residents. This issue has caused Emergency Service Vehicles being temporarily prevented from getting to properties on Billwell and deliveries from large vehicles to being completely blocked and deliveries cancelled at the expense of Billwell residents.
