Most Mondays between 19:00 and 22:00 a silver Mercedes coupe parks alongside the bin and the passenger gets out and dumps a variety of waste.

This week it was a mattress as shown in the picture.

This happens on the street bin near the junction on Mill End Road and Gallows Lane.

This happens most weeks.
