Park overnight at multistorey?

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6691007.

Can you confirm I can park overnight for a night at your multistorey car park (it reads "7am to 7pm") hence I don't want to be clamped or fined. Thank you.
