This car is parked on the double yellows, facing oncoming traffic, blocking the footpath. Why do they do this which is dangerous and the Packhorse Road car park is nearly empty and 100 metres away. Please pass this on to the police enforcement or the council authorities.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
