No pay machines working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6689788.

The parking machines have been broken for ages. Not all people have Ringo, especially the elderly. Not all want to pay the Ringo surcharge. Why is this not being swat with? It’s impacting the businesses in Buckingham as people are shopping elsewhere. This is despicable.
