All payment machines not functioning

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6688881.

Machines generally not taking payment (some intermittently take card payment but it's random) Sign says "machines out of order - pay by Ringo" but this unacceptable because it's discriminatory - not everyone has a smartphone. It is anyway unacceptable to outsource your responsibilities for managing your (our) car park to a third party, particularly when it incurs additional and hidden charges. How often are you sending the traffic warden and what happens on those occasions where there are no machines working?
