Old caravan in lay-by now being used by a man. Lots of rubbish being disposed of.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6687951.

Old caravan in lay-by now being used by a man who is also disposing of lots of items in the hedge by setting them on fire and has also accumulated lots of wood, for sales signs and general rubbish. Also an environmental health issue, not to mention safety concern as backed onto a school.
