Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6684097.

A human turd is sat at the top of this alley. Please clean this up as lots of children use this alley and it is a serious health risk. There should be proper lightning and a visible camera down this alley to stop the fouling and flytipping that occurs constantly
