Stupid parking by two tractors and trailers on double yellow lines, on pavement and blocking most of Budgens entrance! Both drives left vehicles to go into Budgens. Number plates only viable from side view nothing at front and would not have been visible through trailer (nothing on trainer either.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
