Next to 20 Mount Pleasant Soulbury LU70BD Entrance to Children's Playground

We can not get into The Children's Playground to cut the grass or any other maintenance work as cars are blocking the entrance. We have issue the last three cuts of the grass. We have had to the cut the grass with a small petrol mower which costs the council a lot of money and we still have to pay the ride on mower contactor. The Playground is owned by Buckingham Council and rented by Soulbury Parish Council so under the new rent act we are complaining. Also it is the only entrance for Emergency services to enter the area. We use ride on Mower and Farm tractors to roll the grass. We have three no Parking signs on the gate ,these do not work so I know the White H bar are not binding in law but it may help. We can we have White Line H bars in the entrance and at the side of the entrance..
