Has not moved for several months, is uninsured, has now started to be vandalised - broken mirror, keying, etc. Two flat tyres although more difficult to see as low profile tyres next to the kerb.

Is annoying for neighbours who struggle to park on the road.

Fits the government view of abandoned vehicle, police have confirmed it is the council's responsibility to remove.

Please action asap. Thank you.
