Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6676685.

Totteridge Road on the corner of Hillside Black bags, metal bars and chairs. Someone is continuously fly tipping here, it happens at night, please can you put a camera up to catch them.
