Payment machines and Ringo App not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6670543.

Payment machines are not accepting payments. Ringo App not working properly- payments keep failing. After about 10 attempts the payments went through on the app for some but not all customers. I hope those who tried but failed to finalise their payments are not penalised.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
