4 way lights, B4011, The Nap, Manor Road, Oakley

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6660920.

The timing is out. Towards Thame on the B4011, the lights were permanently on red, whereas towards Bicester on the same road the lights went green twice. Drivers are now ignoring the lights altogether and this will result in an accident. In addition, whilst the lights are in place and causing delays, there is no work being carried out.
