I work on behalf of Thames Water and we need to access an asset at this location however someone has set up camp over the top of the chamber and there are needles/caps on the floor around the area which is unsafe for our engineer. Can this please be cleared. Haven't seen the person on the occasions we have visited. This has been there for quite a few months.
