Litter bin outside Manor Farm school

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6648246.

The bin is being used to dispose of food waste, by people hiring the venue at night or by cleaning staff. This is now a food station for foxes who drags the litter and half empty fast food containers on to the front gardens of the bungalows opposite. As most of these residents are elderly or have mobility problems clearing the mess up is not an easy task. We had this problem some years ago and the issue was rectified but it is now becoming a regular occurrence again.
