Traffic Lights - delayed causing congestion

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6630971.

Traffic Lights causing more queuing normal and traffic flow as the traffic lights are taking a lot of time to change the signal. This is causing congestion when entering and exiting the site.
