Traffic congestion, safety, nuisance to residents

The road that feeds the car park (Kings Road) is not fit for purpose. On nights of high demand the traffic is so bad that it is gridlocked. Residents are unable to leave their property, vehicles drive on pavements causing a safety issue, cars park illegally or without permit and cause more issues. This causes further traffic problems to the London Road. There needs to be a solution to overcome this problem as it is unacceptable, dangerous and antisocial. The noise and pollution from vehicles exacerbates the issue as well as the noise from drivers and their passengers creates disharmony in the street. Solutions could include, one way along the Kings Road to prevent a jam. Rerouting traffic away from the road and creating access to the car park from the London Road etc.
