Outside 9 dove street road just past hedges, illegal added white line

I have been told that the Tennant at number 9 had her son paint a white line beyond her driveway to keep a parking space and that it was not authorised by the council beyond her driveway. I parked there yesterday 15.10.24 to collect my son from the childminder and the Tennant at number 9 had blocked me in so I could not get out, threatening me and taking photos of my car. The white line was painted a few years ago and we have recently had the lines repainted in the village and the council painted over it however that 2m stretch is part of the road and has not been approved. The Tennant and her husband was verbally abusive to me and the neighbour across the road has also confirmed it is not a legal line. Please can you look at your records for any authorisation for an extended white line beyond her driveway please?

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
