Old caravan has been left in lay-by

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6610423.

Old caravan left in lay-by now being used by an individual who has been removed on numerous occasions. Lots of rubbish also in this area with an open fire being lit in the bushes at the rear of the school. Unhygienic and an environmental issue.
