ALL pay machines not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6587746.

Early morning there was one machine working but by 10am there were none working. Senior citizens are not able to pay via an app and have had to leave vehicles in the car park without means of obtaining a ticket, we have a charter fair on so there are no other parking spaces available. Parkers are very concerned they will get a parking ticket.
