Bike alley overgrown - have to walk single file and hope no one walks in opposite direction

Alleyway is half the width of what it should be, because of the overgrowth of Hedges and greenery. Should be maintained. Also the one streetlight is OBSTRUCTED by greenery, so is very dark especially with the daylight hours closing in..
