Thames Water van parks in same spot every day and blocks entrance to the road. To turn into the road safely you have to mount the pavement. This has been reported to Thames Water who have not taken action to resolve this matter.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
