Multiple vehicles owned by the same person, not driven. Parked causing obstruction and restricted view. The vans are parked either side of our driveway, it’s impossible to park on the driveway or get off the driveway without nearly causing an accident. The view is restricted. The space is restricted. The driveway is used by 4 properties and none of us are able to easily and safely park at home. I drive a Nissan Navara and it’s 2 Luton vans at the top of my driveway, blocking the view, it’s impossible to get out with a clear view up and down the road. I get beeped daily from other road users as it’s so unsafe.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
