Blocked water ways

This waterway used to be free flowing and helped the fields from becoming boggy, unfortunately in the last 8 years no maintenance has been carried out to clear the trees and other obstructions including years of silt and sludge, it is now becoming a pond and flooding the green next to homes. Volunteers used to clear it as best they could but it has become dangerous.
