Obstructing Pavement

Vehicles outside 312 Cressex Rd, High Wycombe, HP124UH are obstructing the pavement with all four wheels on the pavement. Pedestrians are having to step on the main road with traffic in excess of 40mph. A previous report was created by someone else in July and still no action has been taken. Today the passenger in the van attached hit my wing mirror!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
