The hedge to the south of the A413/New Road, Weedon junction and the hedge behinds needs cutting back.

Reported via mobile in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 16:56, Mon 7 October 2024

Sent to Weedon Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6562623.

The grass between the hedge and the footpath just before the A413/New Road junction needs cutting back further towards the hedge. The hedge also needs cutting back. At the moment if a car is turning right out of New Road onto the A413, the high grass and the hedge obscure vision of cars coming from the left (Aylesbury). Cars come very fast up the A413 and the current visibility gives little time to see oncoming cars. There have now been 3 collisions at this junction in 3 consecutive weeks. An already dangerous junction is made worse by inadequate cutting back of both grass and the hedge.
