Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6552747.

The pub is abandoned and has been sold on. There is a caravan and a number of cars that are at the property and the fencing around the car park has been moved so that they can gain access. I don’t believe this to be the owners as there is an planning order in place yet to be approved / denied
