Parking in Witchell has always been a problem. Since the increase in charges in the Library Car park it has got worse. Vehicles are parked all down the road. However, on both corners of the road leading up to the path to the Library, vehicles park on the corner. This makes it very difficult for drivers to see round the corner and there are frequent near misses

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
