I don’t have a mobile p

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6539310.

Because I don’t have a mobile phone, I cannot park in this and other car parks where the Ringo app is required. This means that I have to park some distance from the town centre. I am a pensioner and this means that I can no longer go to Marlow for shopping and leisure, coffee, meals etc. I am understandably incensed at this. I had only just come to term with paying by credit card. It also means that the shop and business owners are really suffering because many of my friends who used to come to Marlow, no longer do. We all go to Thame now and spend our money there. Please supply an alternative way to pay for parking.
