Timing of pedestrian lights

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6538141.

The pedestrian lights do not respond to the button being pressed and take far too long to change. As a result pedestrians have often dodged across at risk, and lights eventually change with no pedestrians there to cross.
