People persistently park across the dropped kerb making it difficult for wheelchairs, pushchairs and differently abled people to cross. Photo is particularly egregious as the car is also across the slip road at Nightingales corner. Need double lines along the dropped kerb or something.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
