Licensed taxi parked on the pavement, blocking access for less mobile people and causing a hazard for business users of West End Road, dangerous when trying to pull out of the junction. Has been parked on and off for the last 2 weeks, following the removal of the black mini that was there for 2 years!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
