Flooding due to blocked drain and insufficient drainage

This has been reported in the past and the storm drain in the curb was cleaned out and this helped for a short while. Everytime substantial rain falls it floods not only the road and pathway but properties driveways causing damage! This is also a massive risk being right on a bend. I believe this needs attention and Sufficient drainage needs putting in place.
