Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6520248.

Manhole cover has been forced up presumably by excess water and is sticking up proud of the road at a right angle, at least 30/40cm , could cause an accident, as it's at a very busy junction. Also likely to cause a lot of damage to cars who don't see the obstruction.
